12 Weeks to a Strong Core routine 3 days a week : 10-20min per session

  • Phase 1 - Weeks 1-4: Getting started and feeling the burn.
  • Phase 2 - Weeks 5-8: Feeling the Burn and Stronger Core.
  • Phase 3 - Weeks 9-12: Bigger, Stronger, and more lean Core.

Optimum Performance Program

This training program is designed to enhance your stability, conditioning, strength, and power capabilities to achieve peak performance in your chosen field or activity. It incorporates 5 different phases over 12 weeks to progress you to your optimum performance.

If you are an experienced lifter and had some time away from the gym then this is the perfect program for you. This Program will re-introduce the main compound movements and progress you properly to reduce injury risk.

Weightlifting Base Build

3-week program to establish a baseline for olympic weightlifting through technique refinement and strength through progressive overload. 

  • Experience lvl: beginner - advanced
  • Sessions per day: 1
  • Sessions per week: 4
  • Avg Session Time: 60-90min
