12 Weeks to a Strong Core routine 3 days a week : 10-20min per session
This training program is designed to enhance your stability, conditioning, strength, and power capabilities to achieve peak performance in your chosen field or activity. It incorporates 5 different phases over 12 weeks to progress you to your optimum performance.
If you are an experienced lifter and had some time away from the gym then this is the perfect program for you. This Program will re-introduce the main compound movements and progress you properly to reduce injury risk.
3-week program to establish a baseline for olympic weightlifting through technique refinement and strength through progressive overload.
If you feel like a generalized program is not for you and you need a bit more specific help for your training then reach out to me and lets set you up on a specialized program.
